ARCHITECTURAL BIM ENGINEER
-Architectural Engineering BS from a reputed university.
-Minimum of 5 years in architectural BIM detailing work from the design phase to shop drawings
-not less than 2 years in Gulf Cooperation Council-GCC
-Experience in detailing design elements (elevations – site – connections, etc.)
-Able to set the LOD (list of drawings) and calculate the time required per sheet
-Able to prepare architectural project design criteria.
-coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Str-Mech-Elec), and solve clashes.
-prepare architectural BOQ (quantities and specifications).
-Ability to visit, review and solve under-construction works if required.
-The ability to work on various types of projects including residential, hotels, hospitals, etc.
-Mandatory AutoCAD, Revit. Proficiency, and awareness of BIM standards.
-Excellent communication skills with team members within the office and external client communication

MECHANICAL BIM ENGINEER
-Mechanical Engineering BS from a reputed university.
-Minimum of 5 years in building mechanical system (BIM) work from the design phase to shop drawings
-not less than 2 years in Gulf Cooperation Council-GCC
-Experience in building systems design (HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, water supply, etc.)
-Able to set the LOD (list of drawings) and calculate the time required per sheet
-Able to prepare Mechanical project design criteria.
-coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Str-Elec-Arch), and solve clashes.
-prepare Mechanical BOQ (quantities and specifications).
-Ability to visit, review and solve under-construction works if required.
-The ability to work on various types of projects including residential, educational, industrial, etc.
-Mandatory AutoCAD, Revit. Proficiency, and awareness of BIM standards

ELECTRICAL BIM ENGINEER
-Electrical Engineering BS from a reputed university.
-Minimum of 5 years in building electrical system (BIM) work from the design phase to shop drawings
-not less than 2 years in Gulf Cooperation Council-GCC
-Experience in building systems design (Power, low current, lighting, fire alarm, etc.)
-Able to set the LOD (list of drawings) and calculate the time required per sheet
-Able to prepare electrical project design criteria.
-coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Str-Mech-Arch), and solve clashes.
